5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All Content available on the Platform, including but not limited to course videos, written materials, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is the exclusive property of BrekDovnus or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include any right to download, store, reproduce, or redistribute Content unless expressly permitted.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or otherwise make available any content on the Platform, including comments, forum posts, or project files, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. 6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
6.1 Pricing
Fees for access to paid Content or Subscriptions are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of any taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon your next billing cycle or new purchase.
6.2 Billing
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. For recurring Subscriptions, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel a Subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Subscription Content until the period expires.
6.4 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide refunds for partially used billing periods, Content that has been substantially accessed, or purchases made in violation of these Terms of Use. 7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. 9. Disclaimers
9.1 No Warranty
The Platform and all Content are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any Content is accurate, complete, or current.
9.2 Educational Outcomes
We make no guarantee regarding specific learning outcomes, skill acquisition, or professional results arising from your use of the Platform. Results vary depending on individual effort, prior experience, and other factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrekDovnus and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms of Use shall not exceed the greater of the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or the equivalent of one hundred units of the applicable currency.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BrekDovnus and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
12. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including the availability of any Content, feature, or service, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof.
13. Termination
These Terms of Use remain in effect for as long as you use the Platform. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
14. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and BrekDovnus with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
